1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

  • Items must be returned complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, warranties, and original labels.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order items.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged due to customer handling.

  • Any item returned after the 7-day window.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Carefully repackage the item in its original condition and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or damaged due to our error.


3. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

  • It will be inspected for any signs of use, damage, or missing components.

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.

  • If the product is found used or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • If you paid via Bank Transfer, please provide your bank account details for refund processing.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider. It may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us directly.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged (Due to our error)

  • Wrong item delivered

To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and details. If the product is in stock, we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.


6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Broken or damaged (Due to our error)

  • Has manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include clear photos or videos of the issue. After verifying the claim, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability)

  • A full refund

  • Or a store credit, depending on your preference

We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.


7. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • If you cancel after dispatch, it will be treated as a return, and standard return procedures will apply.
